Obtains assistance for accident victims and writes accident reports.Warns or ejects troublemakers and cautions careless persons.Patrols public areas to detect fires, unsafe conditions, and missing or inoperative safety equipment.Patrols lobbies, corridors, and public rooms, confers with management, interviews guests and Team Members, and interrogates persons to detect infringements and investigate disturbances, complaints, thefts, vandalisms, and accidents.Thorough knowledge of applicable Company and departmental policies and procedures as well as the willingness to learn and follow any policy or procedure that may be introduced in the future.Check for proper identification of a guest appearing to be under the age of 35 years old.Maintain a high quality of guest service according to Silverton Values.Job duties include patrolling hotel, casino, and outside premises to maintain order, enforce regulations, and ensure observance of applicable laws thus providing protection from and elimination of any element or agent which may tend to jeopardize the welfare and security of the company assets, properties, Guests, or Team Members.
